Chicken pieces in a creamy white wine and mushroom sauce.

Onion, butter, chicken, white mushrooms, white wine, flour, salt, pepper, cream
Cooking Instructions
OVEN
Frozen
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven
• Cover with aluminium foil halfway through the cooking to avoid over browning or drying out.

Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes
700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes
Allow to stand for 2 minutes. If defrosted reduce cooking times.
