Coconut and Butter Bean Curry
A gentle curry with butternut, butter bean, coconut and shaved almonds.
Serves 1 (500g)

Onion, garlic, ginger, butternut, curry powder, turmeric, coconut milk, butter beans, salt, pepper, sugar, oranges, vegan chicken stock, coriander and flaked almonds.
Cooking Instructions
OVEN
Frozen
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven
• Cover with aluminium foil halfway through the cooking to avoid over-browning or drying out.

Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes
700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes
Allow to stand for 2 minutes. If defrosted reduce cooking times.
