Karoo Lamb
Slow cooked tender lamb, with red wine and black olives.

Serves 1 (350g)

Ingredients
Lamb, celery, onion, black olives, sunflower oil, tomato, red wine, herbs, parsley, salt, pepper.
Cooking Instructions
OVEN
Frozen
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven
• Cover with aluminium foil halfway through the cooking to avoid over browning or drying out.
350g (Serves 1)
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes
700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes
Allow to stand for 2 minutes. If defrosted reduce cooking times.

Defrosted
• Remove lid and Place food in a pot
• Heat slowly with lid on and bring to a gentle simmer
• Stir occasionally
Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

350g (serves 1)
• Remove lid
• 850w 4 minutes, stir well, further 90 sec
700g (serves 2-3)
• Remove lid
• 850w 6 minutes, stir well, further 3 minutes
Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. If defrosted reduce cooking times.

Greek Lamb & Pasta Bake
Slow cooked lamb, Greek style with cinnamon, tomato and feta.
Serves 2 – 3 (700g)

Lamb, sunflower oil, onion, celery, carrot, salt, pepper, cinnamon, tomato paste, tomato, garlic, white wine, sugar, orzo pasta, feta cheese, parsley.
Cooking Instructions
OVEN
If possible cook from defrosted
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven
500g (Serves 1/2)
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
or until golden brown
700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
or until golden brown
1kg (Serves 3-4)
Cook time: 40-45 minutes
or until golden brown
2.8kg (Serves 8-10)
Cook time: 50-75 minutes
or until golden brown
