Pork Sausage & Cannellini Bean Casserole

A heart warming casserole of red peppers cannellini beans tomatoes and pork sausage.

Serves 1  (350g)

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, onion, red peppers, carrots, pork sausage, tomato paste, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, tinned tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, sugar, cannellini beans and rosemary

Cooking Instructions

OVEN

Frozen
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven
• Cover with aluminium foil halfway through the cooking to avoid over browning or drying out.

350g (Serves 1)
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes

700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes

Allow to stand for 2 minutes. If defrosted reduce cooking times.

Defrosted
• Remove lid and Place food in a pot
• Heat slowly with lid on and bring to a gentle simmer
• Stir occasionally

Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

350g (serves 1)
• Remove lid
850w 4 minutes, stir well, further 90 sec

700g (serves 2-3)
• Remove lid
850w 6 minutes, stir well, further 3 minutes

Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. If defrosted reduce cooking times.
