Seafood Lasagne

Creamy Mussels, prawns, crab and calamari, layered with pasta and Napoletana sauce. Topped with mozzarella and oven baked.

Ingredients

Butter, flour, milk, cream, calamari, prawn, crab sticks, mussels, white wine, pasta, mozzarella, parmesan, sunflower oil, onion, celery, carrot, tomato, tomato paste, white wine, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs and sugar

Cooking Instructions

OVEN

If possible cook from defrosted
• Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid
• Place in the centre of the oven

500g (Serves 1/2)
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
or until golden brown

700g (Serves 2-3)
Cook time: 35-40 minutes
or until golden brown

1kg (Serves 3-4)
Cook time: 40-45 minutes
or until golden brown

2.8kg (Serves 8-10)
Cook time: 50-75 minutes
or until golden brown

If frozen increase cooking time. Cover with aluminium foil halfway through the cooking to avoid over browning or drying out. 

Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Tuna & Mushroom Lasagne
